1. Drive customer insights (both qualitative and quantitative) for satisfaction across all aspects of the service offering.
2. Identifying both areas of improvement and new growth and opportunity for the business.
3. Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance and operational support load.
4. Work closely with global product managers, engineering teams, design, and program management in an agile environment to deliver products to market.
5. Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals.


1. 5+ years of relevant work experience in product management.
2. Experience making scope/schedule/resources (including budget) trade-off decisions with little or no guidance.
3. Strong data extraction, analytical and problem solving skills; ability to work with large, complex data sets and familiarity with statistics or other analytical techniques;
4. Able to use SQL and strong Excel skills is a must.
5. Native level of Japanese and business level in English.
