7-10 million

Responsibilities

1. Initiate prospecting and lead generation activities.
2. Assisting customers with registration and presenting registered customers.
3. Meet or exceed targets for customer acquisition and customer spend adoption.
4. Educating and networking with key prospect and customer contacts.
5. Relay market needs and requirements back to internal teams including Product Management and Category Management teams.

Requirements

1. 1-2+ year of inside sales experience, B2B industry preferred.
2. Active listener and effective communicator.
3. Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in achieving goals.
4. Proven ability to influence others.
5. Strong ownership, bias for action and willingness to role-up your sleeves.
6. Native level of Japanese and business level of English.
