1. Developing an integrated marketing strategy for seasonal campaigns (spring, summer, fall, holiday) that will drive growth across the Fashion business.
2. Creating the messaging hierarchy balancing Trends, Customer Mindset, Categories, and Corporate/Cross-departmental key initiatives culminating in the strategic brief that sets the communication framework for the season.
3. Developing clear communication objectives for each of the marketing disciplines (Advertising, PR, Affiliates, Social, Content, Direct Mail) to maximize ROI of each channel.
4. Work with Internal and external partners to conceptualize and execute large scale event and social campaigns.
5. Draw insights from business and customer research results and data that will serve as the foundation for the following year’s seasonal strategy.
6. Develop scalable marketing plans for Fashion strategic initiatives.


1. 10+ years of experience and working knowledge within brand management, PR, product management, or retail marketing.
2. Track record of building new programs or processes.
3. Track record of delivering innovative solutions in an ambiguous environment.
4. Strong business acumen including analytical and quantitative skills.
5. Native level of Japanese and business level of English.
