1. Maximize e-commerce revenue through improvement of KPIs including but not limited to Traffic (Visitors), Conversion Rate, Average Order Price and Sales (amount, transactions, units).
2. Lead all e-commerce related initiatives to generate sales with emphasis on key action plans, inclusive of digital communication (paid, earned and owned media), merchandising, and customer experience optimization.
3. Firmly establish and drive data-driven marketing approach.
4. Analyze sales performance alongside all available data on a day-to-day basis, plan and execute actions to improve KPIs.
5. Identify opportunities and issues to further drive incremental sales and improve customer experience; develop and implement action plans with clear goals.
6. Effectively collaborate with other teams and departments to generate maximum synergy.


1. Professionally and personally mature person, with excellent interpersonal skills.
2. A strong track record of career in e-business is essential, with minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce, including 2 years of directing his/own team. Experience of working in the luxury industry is not a must.
3. Exposure to/knowledge of database marketing, data-driven marketing, CRM, are crucial.
4. Ideally possesses a career background of managing business unit(s) of e-commerce including P&L responsibility.
5. Work experience in big scale e-commerce retailing is a plus.
6. Experience of working in international business environment(s). Strong English proficiency (in both speaking and writing).
7. Strategic thinker with high analytical skills.
