1. Build and execute an effective online marketing plan using marketing automation tool like Marketo to drive lead nurturing, registration, and accelerate launch.
2. Create and optimize marketing content (email, web site, landing page, etc.) by working together with internal stakeholders such as offline marketing, product marketing, and sales teams as well as in other locale.
3. Analyze the effectiveness of the projects/campaigns and run PDCA cycle.
4. Automation, creating a mechanism and streamlining marketing initiatives.
5. Partner with global marketing team to import best practices and export learnings.


1. 3+ years of online marketing experience in the most recent past 5 years.
2. Deep knowledge of online marketing methods, tools and strategies.
3. Strong data analytical skills using database tools and MS Excel (formulas and pivot tables), and ability to provide fact-base recommendations
4. Strong skills to coordinate projects with global teams.
5. Strong communication skills to communicate with merchants and internal teams.
6. Experience working with, and communicating effectively with engineering teams.
7. Native Japanese and business level in English.
