1. Acquire large merchants/retailers who will install the Pay service.
2. Manage complex contract negotiations and sales pipeline.
3. Acquire and manage Solution Provider who develop plug-in module to adopt the Pay service and support their clients to install the Pay service.
4. Be accountable for driving, measuring, and reporting on key inputs and outputs in Salesforce.com and other reporting systems.
5. Generate incremental transaction volume, payment volume, and buyer and seller awareness through large, strategic client acquisition.


1. 7 years of experience in B2B business development or complex sales engagements.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Japanese).
3. Excellent x-group collaboration skills, ability to impact and influence outcomes in complex environment.
4. Proven negotiating skills and influencing abilities.
5. Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
6. Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
