1. Serve as a key member of the new team to define and deliver partnerships with Hardware Manufacturers and CPGs.
2. Manage both executive and working-level relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Execute partnerships to ensure that agreed contractual terms and obligations are met in a timely manner.
4. Align partner activities with internal marketing, product, legal, retail, and engineering teams.
5. Prepare and give business reviews to senior management regarding progress and roadblocks.


1. Bachelor's degree.
2. 8-10 years of post-degree strategic business development experience in high-tech industries.
3. Demonstrated ability to create and execute on a successful business development strategy for entire country/market regions.
4. Demonstrated competence in working independently to structure, negotiate, and close partnerships with leading companies, particularly with Connected Hardware Manufactures and CPGs.
5. Strong familiarity with IoT, connected home and technical integrations with Hardware Manufacturers.
6. Technical proficiency; comfort identifying key technical issues, understanding their business development implications and discussing alternative technical solutions with executive levels.
7. Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
8. Excellent communication skills; demonstrated success getting buy-in for innovative and bold projects.
9. Ability to juggle multiple priorities.
10. Demonstrated high judgment and street smarts; willingness to roll up the sleeves and do whatever is necessary to meet team goals.
11. MBA desired.
