1. Ensure that all campaign requirements are determined, documented and communicated to the operational team prior to the commencement of any campaign.
2. Day to day management of campaigns, communicating regularly with the commercial and operations teams to provide up-to date campaign information to both clients and internal teams.
3. Create and maintain strong, resilient relationships with individuals at a variety of levels at the client organization and within internal teams.
4. Build solid relationships with agency partners and act as primary contact point for small and recurring managed service video campaigns.
5. Own publisher relationships, including contractual processes, site approval, execution of deals and troubleshooting. Document publisher deal history, capabilities, and contact information.
6. Monitor spend, fill, and performance tracking of all publisher accounts owned, to communicate with publishers on execution of live placements and address any issues.


1. 4-5 years of experience in the Media Industry.
2. 3-4 years of experience of Account Management.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
4. Effective at multi-tasking, as well as being highly organised and able to handle multiple workstreams in parallel.
5. Willingness to learn in a fast paced environment with a can do, hands on attitude to get the job done.
6. Native leve of Japanese and business level in English.
