1. Achieve/exceed Life Science (LS) revenue plan in Japan.
2. Acquire in-depth knowledge about a particular range of LS solutions as a specialist and keep the knowledge up-to-date, and play as a local point of contact for the solutions.
3. Acquire knowledge about broad range of company solutions to provide more value to customers.
4. Deeply understand customer business, needs and workflow through various channels such as customer visits, industry conference, news, etc. and develop partnerships with key opinion leaders in the industry.
5. Prepare a local product marketing plan for the responsible solutions for target customer segment, create necessary sales materials, and provide appropriate training with internal staff and monitor the results to improve the sales effectiveness.


1. Life Science background is must.
2. Work experience in Pharmaceutical company highly desirable.
3. At least 5 years business experience in Life Science industries is desirable.
4. Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills in Japanese are a must.
5. Communication skill in English is a must.
6. Good customer management skills is a must; e.g. the ability to deal with a wide range of customers from end users in a domestic company to the top management of multi-national corporations.
7. Skills to give a lecture to and discuss on scientific topics with scientific audience is highly desirable.
8. Experience as MR, CRO, or Sales is advantage.
