Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the Customer team that provides solutions for diversified challenges to various industries such as manufacturing, distribution, communications, finance, etc.
2. Provide consulting for marketing, sales and services (the three major areas of CRM strategy) to maximize customer value for the company.
3. Depending on the case, you will provide services in collaboration with the Deals department within the same group.

Requirements

Experience involved in the field related to the following CRM domain
1. CRM Reform (Strategy Planning · BPR)
2. Sales and sales process reform
3. Contact center, field service
4. Digital marketing
5. Globalization support
6. Support for introducing CRM system

【Manager / Sr. Manager / Director】
Experience involved in the field related to the following CRM domain
1. CRM Reform (Strategy Planning · BPR)
2. Sales and sales process reform
3. Contact center, field service
4. Digital marketing
5. Globalization support
6. Support for introducing CRM system
7. Project management experience
8. Experience developing business case (Project development for project order)
