1. Build good relationships with business partners and/or decision-makers in pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers etc.
2. Maintain and expand existing services and also develop the installation of new services.
3. Deliver suitable proposals to customers eliciting professional services and consulting.
4. Create effective proposal and estimate with competitive advantage.
5. Coordinate and lead close communication with specialist, consultant, project manager and other relevant people in the office.
6. Create account plan based on analysis on potential of customer/market – sales status, sales forecast and customer analysis for each customer accurately.


1. 5+ years solution sales experience in health care.
2. 5+ years consulting experience in health care area except IT.
3. Established sales experience in planning strategy for each account and assessing the accuracy for each business.
4. Ability to build up, maintain and expand good relationship with customers.
5. Leadership skill to lead customer and internal team to drive business under market change.
6. Ability for consultative sales.
7. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
