5-19 Technical Support Lead - Insurance / テクニカルサポートリーダー (保険)

Responsibilities

1. Infrastructure Team for this Account consists of around 30 staffs from our organization. As a Technical Support Lead, you will lead 2-3 members to manage client devices.
2. You will report to Infrastructure Operation Manager and collaborate with business user and other onsite & offshore CTS teams to ensure the highest quality IT service to Client.
3. PC Setup and Troubleshooting (Desktop/Laptop/Thin Client Laptop)
4. Daily Machine Setup/Move/Change/Removal tasks
5. Citrix Master Image Creation/Change/Deletion
6. Citrix master Image
7. Application Installation
8. Printer/Scanner Setup and Troubleshooting
9. IT Inventory Management.
10. Member management for 2 to 3 members.

Requirements

1. More than 5 years’ experience on Helpdesk, Kitting, PC Setup or Cloning.
2. Experienced in Virtual Desktop, Citrix XenDesktop.
3. Experienced in Outsourcing environment. Can communicate with Japanese Users directly for Device Troubleshooting.
4. Team Leader experience
