1. Manage a team of Account Managers Hotels in Japan.
2. Provide constant feedback and support to your team members.
3. Hold regular meetings, 1:1’s, performance and appraisal reviews.
4. Direct account management for hotels in an appointed region within Japan.
5. Visit the important hotels.
6. Responsible for area coverage.
7. Support the company’s strategy for hotel availability and supply within Japan.
8. Promote the company brand name and its online reservation services to hotels.
9. Liaison person for hotels to contact when they have questions.
10. Providing hotels with information and advice by mail and email, including follow-ups.
11. Follow up on cancellations and evaluations.


1. 2-4 years of experience in a comparable management function.
2. Fluent in English and Japanese is preferred.
3. Affinity/experience within e-travel and/or hotel/travel industry.
4. Pro-active, sense of responsibility, friendly and ability to work independently.
5. Quick and resourceful, flexible, accurate, strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.
6. Great face-to-face and telephone communication skills.
7. Team player, motivated and enjoys to work in e-travel and hospitality.
8. Business focused.
9. Positive attitude.
10. University background preferred.
11. Driver’s license.
12. Availability to travel 50% of the time.
