1. Autonomously manage the marketing campaigns including planning, negotiation, forecasting, and post-campaign analysis.
2. Drive new customer targeting strategies for improved acquisition or engagement.
3. Develop strong internal relationships with product management and technical organizations while producing documents and analysis to drive their roadmaps and feature sets for improved marketing automation and customer experience improvements.
4. Drive the implementation of new, scalable marketing programs in partnership with other teams and across the global organization.
5. Create a continuous, meticulously planned and documented testing plan, which delivers consistent channel growth and performance improvements.


1. Experienced in online Marketing.
2. Resourceful problem-solver with ability to excel in an ambiguous environment.
3. Ability to prioritize workload and deliver results against multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
4. Strong attention to detail.
5. Able to use metrics to drive rationale, discover root causes and identify opportunities.
6. Solid experience of Excel.
7. Confident communicator in English.
