1. Local executions for all levels of administrations of human resources programs such as Recruitment Planning, Performance review, Training, HR services/administrations, Employee Relations (ER).
2. Required to proactively identify the improvement areas at business, and then deliver the solution in HR field.
3. Take a role to become employees’ advocates and be responsible for reporting voices of employees related to ER issues into JP Leadership Team.


1. Bachelor's degree.
2. Native level for writing/speaking/reading Japanese and the business basic level English will be required.
3. Perform a strong expertise in HR field by improving/simplify existing HR processes/procedures and proactively introducing a new technology in order for HR practice to be much more effective and efficient.
4. Expected to perform hands-on HR activities to get trust from customers, and this position is also expected to have successful HR background to handle ER issues in an appropriate way based on the Japanese Labor Law.
5. Working experience for 100 or more employees with employment complexities or for global/cross-cultural industries and company will be a strong plus.
