1. Drive demand generation programs including managing the promotional and merchandising calendar to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
2. Lead projects unique to or driven by the team, including new product design and launches.
3. Define and deliver analytics, metrics, and reporting for the business working closely with the BI team.
4. Monitor industry news and events and distribute relevant summaries to stakeholders, perform competitive analysis.
5. Implementing features that will be rolled out in Japan.
6. Build strong internal relationships across the company. Influence internal teams to deliver the right results for the business.
7. Be comfortable in getting hands dirty in day-to-day tasks to get things done.
8. Have the obsession to drive a better customer experience through everything that we do here at the company.


1. 4-5 years experience in successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment; Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results; Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen.
2. Proven analytical and quantitative skills (includes ability to use tools such as Excel and Access); ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and feature concepts.
3. Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects across functional teams, including technical and business teams.
4. Strong leader with excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills; ability to work successfully with and influence all levels across the company.
5. Must be fluent in both Japanese and English - ability to lead conference calls and write up business review documents in English.
6. Street smarts and willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what's necessary.
7. BA/BS required.
