1. Propose potential business partners or deals to discover and explore business opportunities.
2. Screen and evaluate potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, financials, and resolving internal priorities.
3. Develop negotiating strategies and positions by examining risks and potentials, estimating partners' needs and goals.
4. Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations.
5. Maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions while keeping up to date with economic, overall business trends and internet economy development.


1. 3+ years of consulting, strategy/business planning experience.
2. Excellent self-starter and communication skills.
3. Good negotiation skills, closing skills, presentation skills.
4. Ability to collaborate and coordinate with other business functions such as sales, marketing and product.
5. Good grasp of numbers and the ability to understand the financials – financial background is desirable.
6. Business knowledge - web service business experience/knowledge is desirable.
7. Ability to seek alternative options to problems and detailed orientated.
8. Fluent in Japanese and business level in English.
