1. Develop and execute the account plans
2. Identify and recommend new opportunities, including new strategic programs, product qualification and marketing strategies.
3. Attain and/or exceed the revenue target for the responsible account
4. Drive to make high share from those accounts for both short term and long term
5. Build long term superior relationship and trust with those customer
6. Overall account management and support to ensure high customer satisfaction


1. At least 5+ years of sales experience in HW/SW or Semiconductor industry
2. Surveillance or storage system sales experience is a plus.
3. Experience client facing (C-level, High touch, Procurement Managers etc.).
4. Has experience of developing and executing complex sales strategies and action plan
5. The ability to build excellent relationship with customers and maintain high customer satisfaction
6. Deep experience and knowledge of product and solution selling
7. Strong oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to interface internally and externally with all levels of management and counterparts
8. Japanese - Native level
9. English - Business level (TOEIC 800 or equivalent level)
