1. Develop, launch, and manage marketing activities for B2B business.
2. Own overall awareness and customer acquisition functions for Japan.
3. Hire, coach and develop a customer-centric B2B Marketing team.
4. Design customer acquisition processes that address the various customer segments including sole proprietors, small businesses, large enterprises, end-user and senior procurement executives.
5. Develop and manage traffic and various acquisition channels.
6. Establish operational metrics and reporting to manage traffic, acquisition channels, account management performance.
7. Develop individual and team performance standards.


1. 10+ years in Marketing Management role in a B2B industry.
2. Experiences in both on-line marketing and off-line marketing.
3. Ability to establish credibility and work with customers and key internal partners to get things done.
4. Experience with business applications such as Marketing Automation tools and the MS Office Suite.
5. Native Japanese and fluent in English.
