Position:

3-30 Senior Ad Sales Account Director / シニア アドセールス アカウントマネージャー

Salary(¥):

7-10 million

Responsibilities

1. Managing all aspects of advertising sales and management, as well as successful delivery of all media campaigns for online and mobile properties.
2. Interface with all internal constituents in Product, Audience & Analytics, Editorial and Development teams to drive successful programs for the clients.
3. Partner with global sales teams to coordinate efforts on multinational accounts.
4. Liaise frequently with the Ad Operations team to most effectively maximize inventory/revenue and assure campaign fulfillment and satisfaction.
5. Provide accurate and detailed reporting for management and work closely with finance to forecast revenue.

Requirements

1. 8-10 years experience in digital media.
2. Must have working in-depth knowledge of ad serving platforms, Salesforce and digital industry trends.
3. Business/Finance/News experience preferred.
4. Customer-focused, with excellent written and verbal communication, networking and negotiation skills.
5. Extremely detail-oriented and well-organized.
6. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
7. Native level of Japanese and business level in English.
