1. Management of existing license business.
2. Management includes monitoring of QC process, solicit of royalty report, analysis of sales performance, and support for marketing effort for licensees.
3. Development of new business for the said properties and any other new opportunities, including contract terms negotiation and legal process with HQ office in the US.
4. Support marketing efforts based on marketing calendars by licensors in terms of creating marketing ideas and establishing process.
5. Development of relationships with key retailers to implement unique and effective retail promotion for the said properties.
6. Responsible for the projection and achieving the budget for the Division.
7. Development of synergies with the other new / existing licensing programs and staffs within the Division.


1. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
2. Strong organization skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task.
3. Must be attentive and patient.
4. Fluent in English (TOEIC 800 or above).
5. Must have Consumer Product industry work experience.
6. Any of Sales background are mandatory requirement, Licensing, Fashion related Consumer Product or Retail Buyer.
7. Brand management or fashion background is preferable.
8. Excellent Microsoft Office skills (word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint).
