1. Innovate processes and manage projects that enable content providers to sell their digital content in an efficient and timely manner.
2. Leverage relationships, automation, and new technology to improve cycle time, throughput, and yield of Digital titles from ingestion through distribution.
3. Provide ongoing technical support for vendors on issues such as data transmission, FTP, images, metadata, digital file formats, and content ingestion portals specific to the company.
4. Interact with digital content providers to stay on top of new content deliveries, changes in specs, resolution of problems including issues related to ingestion, clearing and reporting.
5. Consistently improve content provider and customer experience by delivering superior customer support, and by relentlessly advocating for content providers throughout the enterprise.

4. Familiarity with managing product flow in a manufacturing operation (maximizing efficiency, reducing cycle time, maintaining quality, etc.).
5. Experienced working in a production environment and proven success in achieving efficiency and throughput goals.
6. Familiarity with common digital formats and digital transmission methods such as FTP and SFTP.
7. Experience with MS Windows, MS Office tools including MS-Excel & MS-Access.
8. 2+ years of strong analytical skills and project management experience.
9. Team player with demonstrated capability to work in a cross-functional environment.
10. 4 year university degree required.
11. Ability to read/write/speak business English is required.
12. Native level Japanese skill is required.
