1. Responsible for all levels/areas of HR activities such as performance management, organizational development and effectiveness, people development, recruiting, and HR services, which are normally structured by global and regional HR.
2. Provide facilitation, coaching, instruction, and assistance to our internal customers through these programs. On the other hand, as ad-hoc basis, HRBP also needs to handle employee relations (ER) matters such as performance and behavioral issues.
3. Proactively identify areas to improve for our client and make a strategy, roadmap, and solution.


1. 5+ years minimum in HR experience required
2. Logical thinking and analytical skill: Logical thinking & analytical skill and HR knowledge such as HR strategy, organizational effectiveness, people development, team building, and psychology would help you a lot. In addition to these, your hands-on approach must be appreciated.
3. Sound knowledge & skill of Japanese standard labor practice: able to coach team members about the practice with background reason “why” so that team members able to handle issues by themselves. This is based on the labor knowledge and experience.
4. Communication/interpersonal skill. Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation and facilitation. Able to establish trust in all level of employees, across the organization.
5. Accountability/Credibility: Always perform highly accountable work style. Strong sense of confidentiality, attention to detail and compliance.
