1. Innovate Points program and make the program a powerful marketing tool.
2. Deeply understand customer needs of points program, and design a program that meets customer needs.
3. Define business requirements for the program, including rules for earning and redeeming points.
4. Identify improvement opportunities through a gap analysis of existing Points program across retail, 3P and Digital across categories.
5. Develop action plans for improvements.


1. 7+ years of experience and expertise in consumer product management and marketing.
2. Experience of project management.
3. Demonstrated ability to work with business and technology teams in a global setting.
4. Demonstrated skills in managing complex processes with multiple business owners, making trade-offs against business priorities.
5. Passion for metrics and quantitative analysis, and ability to turn analysis into actionable programs.
6. Comfortable with rolling up sleeves to perform quantitative analysis and reach sound conclusions.
7. Native Japanese and business level of English.
