2-23 Learning and Development Manager/ L&D マネージャー

Responsibilities

1. Develop innovative L&D strategies. Diagnose and prioritize learnings needs that are aligned with business objectives.
2. Facilitate leader development programs in classroom, webinar, or practice-clinic settings; apply principles of adult learning in your delivery.
3. Utilize instructional design expertise to create learning solutions in a variety of modalities that are measurably effective and engaging, applying adult learning and accelerated learning techniques, and follow-up reinforcement activities.
4. Act as a program owner for designated programs; take responsibility for updating and communicating any content changes to faculty, act as master trainer, support bringing new trainers up to speed.
5. Own various projects as assigned.
6. Build and maintain positive, collaborative partnerships among subject matter experts, team members, and stakeholders.
7. Keep multiple tasks on track, work independently, and maintain high standards.
8. Draw upon a variety of techniques to challenge and engage learners, transfer knowledge, build skills, and provide an efficient and fun learning environment and ensure learning outcomes are achieved.

Requirements

1. Seven or more years of relevant experience building high quality instructor-led management and leadership development programs for all levels of people.
2. Experience with facilitation and coaching.
3. Proven ability to develop and manage virtual or self-service learning solutions, such as e-learning, virtual communities, performance support tools, self-assessments, etc.
4. Established track record of planning and managing large, cross-functional efforts.
5. Disciplined self-starter; resourceful and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with multiple and changing objectives.
6. Skilled at collaborating on a team and also working independently to deliver results.
7. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
8. B.S. or B.A. in adult learning, management training, human resources management or related fields.
9. Experienced analyzing and presenting data on training impact.
