1. Work closely with client to plan and implement strategies utilizing internal and external resources.
2. Form productive relationships with all stakeholders, team members and cross-functional support groups to advance digital marketing initiatives; a team player.
3. Analyze numbers and metrics for client and internal management detailing web site performance and digital marketing activities and results with summary, analysis, findings and recommendations to improve activity.
4. Design, create and implement digital marketing initiatives and strategies across channels and manage implementation and evaluate success of each program and initiative for assigned client list.
5. Evaluate program and activity results to adjust digital strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions and improve site key performance indicators including revenue growth, traffic, close ratios, average order values and more.
6. Create and enhance site design, layout, content, and navigation with a focus on customer usability, functionality, experience and ultimately revenue generation.


1. Technical aptitude, medium understanding of HTML and CSS.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; Photoshop and Dreamweaver a plus.
3. Execution-oriented, self-starter and self-navigator who can prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment and balance demands of multiple projects.
4. Strong organizational skills, proactive business style; clear and concise communication skills in English.
5. Resolve technical and business problems in a fast paced environment, and accurately communicate cause, impact and results to the team and clients.
6. Experience of common tools used in pay per click jobs.
7. Ability to maintain tasks across several client projects at once.
