1. Engage in pre-sales activities, providing solution and product expertise during the sales cycle. This generally involves supporting account managers to define and scope the appropriate solution to fulfill customer needs.
2. Understand customer business unit requirements / needs and find the best solution within capability to develop a suitable and strong proposal to differentiate from competitors.
3. Manage, lead and execute product demos during the customer buying cycle.
4. Respond quickly to new leads working with urgency to progress deals through the sales cycle.


1. 6-8+ years’ of industry, sales or market experience.
2. Has a proven track record working in a solutions environment – supporting and/or selling – Identifying opportunities, listening, questioning, developing value and articulating propositions using customers’ language and demonstrating customer benefits as part of the sales pitch.
3. Experience engaging and negotiating with business stakeholders at a mid to senior level i.e. heads of trading, technology, infrastructure and operations.
4. Has successfully supported complex customer situations or in hitting and exceeding aggressive sales targets.
5. Native in Japanese and fluent in English.
