1. Develop strategies for 1) companywide initiatives as well as benefit adoption, and propose plans/goals to senior executives in English.
2. Manage the team and work very closely with different business leaders and their teams to procure attractive products for deals events.
3. Work very closely with the US team as well as benefit partners in Japan to run various marketing experiments that drive membership benefit adoption.
4. Plan and implement innovative new tools/products with the US product team or Japan Mobile team.
5. Broadcast campaigns and deliver best customer experience with marketing channel managers in Consumer Marketing team as well as POCs from PR, Mass & Brand (TV/OOH), Legal, CS, and Logistics.


1. Minimum 10 years of experience working in the area of Internet marketing or product development.
2. 3+ years of online marketing experience, including familiarity with Customer Lifetime Value marketing.
3. Skills in managing complex processes with multiple business owners, making tradeoffs against business priorities.
4. Strong drive for delivering record-breaking results by influencing others and rolling up your sleeves.
5. Ability to be flexible and promptly to changes.
6. Passion for metrics and quantitative analysis, and ability to turn analysis into actionable marketing plans.
7. Native in Japanese and fluent in English.
