1. Define the overall enterprise account management strategy for B2B initiative in Japan.
2. Manage the team and inspire a growing organization comprised of Enterprise Sales focused on customer acquisition and growth.
3. Be a leader who is responsible for growth and development of managers and senior account managers.
4. Coach managers to understand, in detail, relationships between key activities and desired outputs.


1. 8 to 12+ years sales and/or operations experience, including front line and second level leadership roles.
2. Proven experience in procurement processes, procurement tools (e.g. Arriba, Coupa, Onventis), or procurement systems in large enterprise organizations.
3. Proven experience in using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce).
4. Proven experience in leadership roles across detail oriented functions, such as sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
5. Proven experience working with large, enterprise-level customers in an account management role.
6. Native in Japanese and fluent in English.
