Responsibilities

1. Plan and execute site merchandising calendars. This includes email programs, new product launch...etc.
2. Drive the product's brand and awareness.
3. Develop, execute, and analyze creative test plans for marketing channels.
4. Create emails, category pages, campaigns, and the other marketing projects.
5. Compile and analyze traffic and other web metrics, and report on performance to the management teams.

Requirements

1. Online marketing experiences is required.
2. Fluent in both Japanese and English.
3. Experience in designing and executing online customer experiences.
4. Strong communication skills.
5. Ability to prioritize and attention to detail.
6. Data analysis skill.
7. An understanding of media and digital technology.
8. Flexibility and producing results in a fast paced environment.
9. Ability in using HTML, XML and Excel.
10. University degree is required.
