1-17 Account Manager (New Business Group)

Responsibilities

 Account Manager will be responsible for productive sales activities based on a close communication with customer and partners to facilitate existing enterprise customers’ continuous use of our services.

Additionally optimum sales activities for existing customer must be required through the collaboration with field sales and call center.
• Implement PDCA cycle based on KPI (update rate etc).
• Pipeline management up to order receipt.
• Deliver proposals on constructing operation flow for productive order receipt.
• Sales activities based on the collaboration with field sales and call center.

Requirements

1. 3+ years both high-touch and partner sales experience in IT industry.
2. Some knowledge of information security.
