1-11 Business Analyst; Go to Market (Commercial Platforms)

1. Work within the Go To Market Team and with partners to deliver commercial business capabilities within, across, and beyond current commercial IT platforms.
2. Represent and support global/regional commercial platforms, solutions, and capabilities in a matrixed environment, from a location remote to the regional Asia-Pacific IT hub/center.
3. Facilitate discussions/workshops with business partners to understand current and future state business processes/requirements.
4. Complete all compliance documentation for system releases.
5. Document and verify business process flows and business requirements. Verify solution’s alignment with requirements and our IT architecture.
6. Support User Acceptance Testing with business partners across commercial business areas.
7. Develop an understanding of our commercial technology needs and ensure our platforms deliver immediate and long term capabilities.
8. Participate in strategic programs that will incorporate commercial solutions as part a multi-channel future.
9. Responsible for documenting system operating procedures.
10. Develop best practice recommendations and author standards
11. Keep abreast of new technologies, methodologies, industry practices and standards.


 1. Education: MSc. Degree or BSc. Degree with relevant experience in Computer Science, Sales, Marketing or other numerate discipline with 3-4 years’ experience supporting a sales and marketing environment.
2. English language proficiency (both verbal and written).
3. Japanese language proficiency (both verbal and written).
4. Experience with business process modelling and analysis.
5. Prior experience facilitating meetings and workshops.
6. Motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
7. Experienced in obtaining and documenting business and functional requirements.
8. Experienced in developing and managing user acceptance testing.
9. Strong analytical thinker and problem solving skills with a strong understanding of commercial business processes.
10. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a geographically disbursed environment.
