1. The designer will work with the marketing team to create exceptional designs that meets business requirements and supports the design and marketing for the business.
2. Own the design, production, organization, and review of graphic assets – produce and deliver graphics for display on the storefronts, associate web sites, and emails.
3. Conceptualize and present creative directions for on-site and off-site advertising and merchandising.
4. Create designs for multiple simultaneous campaigns while maintaining a high degree of attention to detail when managing variations and feedback from a cross-functional team.
5. Creatively apply the brand attributes and style guides.
6. Manage communication and upload of final graphic assets to the image server.


1. 5+ years of relevant professional design experience as a graphic designer, visual designer or similar role.
2. Ability to manage and refine the workflow, design and approval processes.
3. Ability to work cross-team and synthesize feedback and input from design, marketing, product management and development.
4. Multi-tasking and time management skills.
5. Understanding of technical issues, design functionality and cross browser testing.
6. Skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
