1. Responsible for sales activities for both potential and existing customers providing consultation on finance products as well as concierge services (test drive, estimate and support of purchase).
2. Suggest to existing customers to change vehicle and continue their finance contract for customer retention.
3. Give a customer whose finance is expiring a follow-up call.
4. Provide a suggestion and consultation of suitable vehicle and finance goods for customers’ needs.
5. Provide a support of estimate, test drive, procedures of contract including finance contact and delivery.
6. Handle customer inquiries by telephone, email ad online services etc.
7. Give an outbound call to potential customers for car sales promotion.


1. Basic knowledge of car industry and vehicle sales process including finance program and also strong negotiation skill by telephone (up to closing of sales).
2. Strong customer-oriented and in-depth understanding of premium brand.
3. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
4. Proactive and achievement-oriented.
5. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
6. TOEIC 600+ or equivalent is a plus.
