1. Develop and execute tier one account development plans in Japan, generate new business opportunities within top 20 – 30 tier one Japanese companies identified in the ICP list.
2. Manage existing account relationships (top tier accounts only).
3. Develop go to market strategies, articulate Japanese market requirement, build partnership, get internal support to fuel the growth in Japan.


1. Minimum of 10 years of job experience in regional sales, particularly proficiency in solution selling.
2. Solution selling, consultation, e-commerce experience preferred.
3. Excellent written and verbal language skills and strong presentation skills in Japanese and English are essential.
4. Proficiency in addressing presentations to executive boards.
5. Experience in the internet and e-business area.
6. Able to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
7. Able to travel throughout the sales territory.
8. Self-motivated with a proven track record in the e-commerce or software industry with a strong knowledge of e-commerce technology.
9. Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs, and when submitting reports.
10. Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
