1. Help ensure that high potential advertisers reach their performance goals quickly.
2. Monitor performance of the accounts across verticals and drive one-to-many activities to improve performance.
3. Build campaign optimization proposals that are meaningful, compelling and relevant to advertisers.
4. Customize proposals outlining the benefits of the company’s advertising products.
5. Monitor account performance for optimal ROI and advertiser satisfaction.
6. Work with technical account management, sales, development, and product teams to identify and solve issues blocking advertiser performance.
7. Provide oversight and root cause analysis of issues affecting advertisers.
8. Extend your expertise and best practices to the sales and service teams to positively impact all new advertisers to the platform.
9. Manage a portfolio of advertisers using business analytics expertise to proactively identify and realize opportunities to increase revenue and performance.


1. University degree is required.
2. Business level English and native Japanese.
3. Proven work experience in display/search advertising.
4. Experience with online tracking tools like Adobe Marketing Cloud (Omniture) or Google Analytics.
5. Good MS Office skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
6. MBA or other related Master's degree is preferred.
7. Proven ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
8. Attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
9. Good communication skills.
10. Passion for online advertising.
