1. Manage and support the development and execution of marketing and content programs ).
2. Supporting key business metrics in Japan and helping develop investment plans for growth in targeted segments.
3. Contributing to the development of traffic channels (Direct, SEO, Paid Search, Associates) and making the case for the right investments and prioritization in collaboration with consumer marketing teams.
4. Participating in the implementation of business metrics around new-to-category customer trials and repeat purchases, and making recommendations on how to improve on these metrics.


1. Relevant work experience in online marketing, brand management or related field.
2. Knowledge of current marketing measurement practices and customer life cycle management in online channels.
3. Demonstrated experience using marketing metrics to drive business decisions.
4. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot friction in the customer experience.
5. Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
6. Native Japanese and business level of English.
