1. Plan and execute the data capture campaign across all consumer touch points. In the market (eCom / Retail / Brand/ Social).
2. Mange & develop the CRM member communications. (Newsletter, website, social, etc).
3. Data analysis (newsletter, campaign, purchase).
4. Pro-actively develop and recommend the plans to increase engagement with the consumers.
5. Work cross-function and collaboratively within each BU, eCom, and Retail to maximize the consumer engagement.
6. Partner with IT and external vendors (if/where required) to create the necessary technical infrastructure to support the program.
7. Brand Health KPIS (Brand momentum, Net Promoter Score, Spontaneous purchase intent, etc.)
8. Market Share.
9. Market Sales vs Plan.
10. Market Direct Brand Contribution vs Plan.
11. CRM KPIs (Opt‘in, Net Sales, Lifetime Value, ROI).
12. MWB management.
13. Execution excellence in brand concepts/stories.


1. Advanced user of MS office.
2. Solid business acumen and in-depth knowledge of CRM.
3. Ability to understand and analyze the data and produce actionable insights.
4. Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision making abilities.
5. University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience, ideally in Sales and/or Marketing.
6. Fluent in English.
7. Fluent in local language (if applicable) preferred.
