1. Conduct analysis based on historical sell-in and sell-through data to identify top sellers and slow movers at category, concept and article levels, identify the key drivers for success or failure for the assigned accounts and stores.
2. Understand the consumer retail environment including distribution points, share of buy, competitor ranges and pricing strategies.
3. Work with Product Marketing team to provide feedback on trade needs and new seasonal range.
4. Involved in the range week to define article segments as well as to provide insight for mandatory range development.
5. Develop new-season article ranking base on Product Marketing new season range.
6. Comprehend seasonal brand / category activation calendar to make sure the article selection is aligned.
7. Work with VM to get aligned with VM direction, clarify seasonal layout design, new fixtures and SKU capacities.
8. Conduct article selection according to merchandising planning and article ranking results.
9. Suggest order volume to target doors with good assortment and initial launch package.
10. Do order compliance check and provide detail analysis.


1. Broad Marketing experience, with a distinct track record of success and high-level -Merchandising and retail knowledge (all channels).
2. Strong cross-functional experience.
3. Strong presentation/communications skills.
4. Advanced user of MS Office suite of products; esp EXCEL, POWERPOINT, ACCESS.
5. Experience in both market and above market organization preferred.
6. Understand the retail environment including distribution points, share of buy competitor ranges and pricing strategies.
