6-07 Human Resources: Labor Relations / 人事:労務就労規則

Salary(¥):

4.0-8.5million

Responsibilities

1. Advise Business Unit & Managers on Labor relations; such as working conditions, safety, or equal opportunity practices.
2. Work with management, law office, or other interested parties to discuss labor relations matters, such as labor condition and work environment issues or internal inquiries from employee.
3. Advise management on matters related to the administration of the company’s global and local policies and procedures or employee discipline or grievance procedures.

Requirements

1. A substantial experience in various aspects of HR at least 3 years of experience is essential.
2. Internal regulations revision experience; namely the Rules of Employment, and Article 36 Agreement.
3. Excellent persuasive, interpersonal, diplomatic and negotiation skills to deal with employee and fellow executives across all departments.
