1. Lead functional / cluster projects and execute them based on quality methodologies.
2. Drive the Capital Simplean initiative across the business.
3. Facilitate workouts, value stream mapping sessions and activities to achieve project objectives.
4. Act as a change agent and leverage best practices to share within the team and across the business.
5. Provide statistical and analytical expertise and training as required.
6. Engage functional personnel and lead functional teams towards the delivery of improvement projects.
7. Drive Lean Six Sigma quality initiative in conjunction with the Master Black Belts and Quality Champions.
8. Communicate teams’ progress to Champions and Master Black Belts / Manage stakeholders on a regular basis.


1. Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Process Improvement / ops / planning / sales.
2. Change agent with strong credibility and influencing skills.
3. Self-motivated and possess demonstrated ability to motivate others to achieve results.
