1. Assess the technical requirements of customers and provide suitable solutions.
2. Service existing customers and source for new opportunities through structured customer acquisition process.
3. Monitor customers and competitors activities and propose appropriate strategies.
4. Perform analysis of a complex nature and develop recommendations in support of achieving business objectives.
5. Prepare progress, status and forecast reports on multiple key aspects of the assigned area of responsibility.
6. Negotiate contracts, programs and other agreements.
7. Assess and evaluate both direct and indirect customer needs and develop the appropriate.
sales strategy to meet and exceed those needs.
8. Generate daily reports / Monthly reports, with strict adherence to deadlines
9. Position is located in Nagoya.


1. Minimum five year technical sales experience preferably in Mining and Construction Industry
2. Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering
3. Intermediate spoken and written English
4. Team player, Motivated, Aggressive and possess a can-do attitude
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Possess a valid driving license and car
7. Candidates with background or experiences in Cutting Tools Industry will be an advantage
