1. Understand global merchandising strategy and local business.
2. Understand how to communicate to global JPN business needs.
3. Review WS sales result regularly and sell through of on-going season to identify risk and opportunity and propose catch up plan if required.
4. Review other WS order taking result to identify risk and opportunity of next season and develop catch up plan if required.
5. Develop season sub-channel MD plan by channel and Key account MD plan based on long term.
6. Align product forecast with WS /Finance/Planning team.
7. Provide excellent MD plan presentation to key accounts and new customer.


 1. Product Marketing/Merchandising experience in shoe/apparel/accessory business (not luxury)/Global business.
2. WS business experience. Retail business knowledge is Plus.
3. Experienced data analysis/logical thinking based on figure.
4. Experience in planning and forecasting.
5. Presentation skill.
6. Strategic view/Thinking and communication skill.
7. Leadership capability, process management skill.
8. Willing to coordinate and motivate sales reps.
9. Interested in strategy and marketing, operation and finance.
