1. To prospect, develop and manage an individual customer portfolio of accounts as assigned by Country Head, Japan and Korea with a view to achieving assigned targets for new sales and revenue.
2. Develop and maintain customer relationships with key decision makers.
3. Develop account plans for each customer within the defined customer portfolio and communicate to management and global teams to maximize sales activity.
4. Manage sales and revenue forecasts and provide quality weekly reporting on activity.


1. Minimum 5 years of proven selling of telecommunications or technology-based services to multinational customers (Asia markets highly desirable).
2. Excellent command of English both in writing and oral communications.
3. Ability to build and maintain close relationships with senior level executives of multinational customers.
4. Written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to deliver corporate presentations at senior levels within multinational companies.
5. Demonstrated ability in developing, scoping and managing major international sales.
6. Sound knowledge and demonstrated usage of Consultative Sales Management Process.
7. Experience of business case development, sales forecasting and account planning.
